This workshops aims to help understand how you can adjust staff levels to meet the varying volumes, peaks and patterns of the business in the most cost-effective way, avoid over-staffing and under-staffing, while ensuring the availability of key skills.
 

A half-day workshop will discuss the peaks, troughs and trends of your business and how these affect different work groups. Your terms and conditions of employment will also be discussed along with overtime/premium payments.

 

Your most recent historic data will then be analysed to see how closely your current deployment has matched your actual business activity levels.

 

From this an example will be prepared of the potential cost savings available from a better mapping of your workforce deployment.
