We offer, for purchase or rental, 2 systems which we have developed over the years, which assist the production of rotas and rosters.

Both systems are written in Excel, and are quickly learned by anyone with a knowledge of spreadsheets.

RotaPlan

RotaPlan assists the design of (alternative) shift patterns and full-year rosters for sub-groups within a workforce.

Up to 5 different shift patterns can be defined, along with different shut-down periods and are "stitched together" in the system to produce an annual roster.

RotaPlan also provides a mechanism to evaluate the "unsocial-ness" of different shift patterns including, typically, the mix of day, afternoon and night shifts - but also for different groups who work e.g. more/less Saturdays and/or Sundays.

RosterBuilder

RosterBuilder is a simpler product and is available in several versions - suitable for different numbers of employees  - and helps the production of rosters, individual calendars, and deployments by shift/day for up to a year.

Rosters for Purchase

We also provide ready-built rosters.  These continuous rosters - i.e. covering 24hrs per day x 365-days p.a. - are available for 4-crew 4.5-crew and 5-crew working.
