Excel-based Rostering Systems

We offer, for purchase or rental, these 2
systems which we have developed over the years, both written in
Excel, which assist the production of rotas and rosters.

RotaPlan
RotaPlan assists the design of
(alternative) shift patterns and full-year rosters for sub-groups within a
workforce.
It also provides a mechanism to
evaluate the "unsocial-ness" of different shift patterns including,
typically, the mix of day, afternoon and night shifts - but also for
different groups who work e.g. more/less Saturdays and/or Sundays.

RosterBuilder
RosterBuilder is available in
several
versions - suitable for different numbers of employees for up to a year.

a more complex arrangement of several groups of skilled staff, covering for absence in other groups,
-
an annualised roster switching between periods of higher and lower demand,
-
an Excel-based piece of software to help the design of rotas, rosters, or employee calendars,
-
a more complex time and attendance or rostering software package.
