Shift Pattern Optimisation will ensure the matching of staff/skill supply to demand, while ensuring an acceptable work-life balance.
Roster Design ensuring appropriately staffing to meet demand and compliance with  Working Time Legislation, using our RotaPlan modelling system and/or RosterBuilder spreadsheets.
Workforce Audit will establish an inventory of current practices and identify potential improvements in deployment methods, enhancements and workforce productivity.
