RosterBuilder assists in the building of rosters of up to one year in length for up to 400 people.

A library of pre-defined patterns is available for "cutting and pasting" into the roster being built.  For example:

Running totals of the different types of shifts rostered and the number of days marked for annual holidays and Bank Holidays are available: 

Similarly the total number of hours rostered, and any reserve hours available are indicated, along with the number of Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays which are rostered to be worked:

These "stats" allow the user to adjust the roster for fairness (e.g. equal numbers of hours p.a., Sundays worked etc.).

Individual roster calendars are available, and can be printed and distributed easily.  An example is shown below:

Following consultation and agreement the roster can be exported to a time and attendance system for day-to-day monitoring and control.
